The City of Buena Park invited elementary students grades K-6, from Buena Park and its surrounding cities, to participate in the 40th Annual Elementary Art Show This year's theme is "This Is What I D ream About...In My Future". Children were encouraged to paint, draw or collage a picture that shows what their future holds for them. What career will they have? What are their future inventions? Where will their imagination take them in the world and beyond?

This event gives children recognition for their artistic abilities by providing them an opportunity to see their work on public display, to be viewed by family, friends, civic leaders and the general public. All artwork will be on display at the Buena Park City Hall Council Chamber January 19 - February 19, 2016.

Judges reviewed all entries and selected a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner in each grade level. Ribbons and prizes will be presented to the winners at the Elementary Art Show Awards Ceremony on Friday, February 5, 2016,
